Mac/Firefox login attempt always results in screen saying site is available only for banking customers. Logged in from iPad no problem.

I've been trying for 2 days to log in to VAN on my iMac using Safari. It was working up until then but suddenly stopped with a message telling users to re set it up, but that doesn't work either. What gives, Citibank?
