This is ridiculous. I am doing bookkeeping for a client and trying to get the information from a years worth of checks. I get through about 10-15 and get the site unavailable message. Go back in five minutes, get 10-15 more checks and bumped out again. This has been going on for two days now and I would be done but instead am not even halfway through. How is it possible a bank this big can't maintain a running website. So annoyed right now I will be telling everyone I know, including my client, NEVER to use Citibank because you can't be logged in to their website for more than 10 minutes. I hope whoever runs your website is getting fired soon. Astounded and aggravated.
