Hello everyone,
My card had been blocked just like you guys. I couldn't access my accounts, or log on, and my card got declined everywhere.
I called Citibank, and they said it was for those people who shopped at Target over the holidays. They are trying to prevent fraud, so they sent out new cards.
I talked to a representative and activated my new card and I was able to log back in no problem and see all of my accounts, etc.

Activated my new card, but still can't access my accounts online, through Citi app on IPad, or over the phone.
I had the same problem. Called customer service at 1-800-374-9700 and they resolved the issue for me. Don't be discouraged by the message "due to high call volume, you will experience increased wait times". While I heard the same message, I had a customer service rep on the phone in less than 1 minute.

I ended up going in to the bank because the phone system kept saying I had no account. They told me all my accounts had been deactivated and I would have had to come in. Though its a pain, it only took a couple of minutes
