Scrambled dates and wrong balance

I'm worried...I went online and one of my accounts has a large amount from two days ago, only two small transactions since but the balance is off by a helluva lot. Can't call cause the lines are busy and can't chat online for the same reason. Do they actually have the correct amounts somewhere or will my checks bounce because of this weirdness? Grrrr....

Dates scambled and balances are wrong. They say they are doning "maintenance" the phone lines are all backed up.

And it's doing advances against my credit line - something is really messed up.

Same thing in my checking (just tried again - 10/22/13 10pm central. Most recent transactions show something different than last 30 days. Dates out of order, some transactions missing. Has been like this since at least last Friday (18th). Have previously noted periodic issues that 'right' themselves within a min. Like signed on and snapshot showed hugely negative balance. I panicked, check a few transactions, returned to the summary and it was correct (significantly positive).
