I have tried logging on 5 different times since August 25th where I was issued a late fee by Exxon because there was no time left to recover an on time pymt. after screwing around with their website. Tried to send numerous email messages thru the my secured acct. page but nothing works. What Gives???
Yes, I just opened an account and have not been able to use the site now for over a week. Error messages constantly. I have emailed them and heard nothing. Super annoying....
I finally was able to send an email message through their website on my page where I login, explaining to them that it was because their website was down that I rec'd. a late fee because I could not make my payment. They verified it and reversed the fee. Sorry to hear that you are having problems too.
