I shouldn't have to call, give my SS # and be placed on hold to find out there is "account maintenance" happening.

Why would they do maintenance during a business weekday? Been trying to log on all morning and have to conduct business. Why not do it during off hours?
This is absolute BS. By "maintenance" they most likely mean "we're scrambling to fix this giant f*** up." Nothing on the website, nothing on twitter...fail. Citi, you're fired.
