Log in okay but when payment screen comes up, the payment date window will not open completely allowing you to to choose date. Have been messing with this for over a week now

I have been trying to make a payment online since January 31st., but your websight has been continually down. I finally gave up and made my payment over the phone. I realize my payment was due on Feb. 3rd., but because I haven't been able to make a payment in my usual manor, I hope there will be no late fees attached!

Have been trying to log for three days now, first get message that my current login details are not vaild and am prompted to enter my card details & ATM pin, then get message that there is a problem with the website & I shoudl try again later...very annoying!
