I have a payment due today. I have been trying to log on since yesterday and am not able to. I put in username and passwrod and it goes to a blank page. I cannot find my account number so I can not call and get any information or make a payment by phone. I will not pay a late charge for something that is not my fault. Citicard needs to get this fixed!
