Ever since citi went to a new website over a week ago can't log into my Sears card account getting the message error processing request try again later. Use 3 different PC's including one at work a couple tablets and iPhone same message on all. No fix and tech support at citi is clueless saying clear cache.
It has been several days since I cannot get on my Sears Citi Bank Card. Have called several times for e-service and technical support but everytime get disconnected before getting connected. What is going on?
