Can't Log-In

After entering username & password it comes back with the response: "I'm sorry, we can not process your request at the moment. Please try again later.05" This has been happening for a few days now. V.annoying!!! Banks should not go down for this period of time w/out an email being sent to advise customers.

I have also tried logging in from app on my iphone & the mobile website thru several browsers (which always gives response saying it cant be done)
