cannot log in to Citicards to pay my bill

After entering correct User ID and Password the following page says "Just a moment please" with a round icon spinning as though the page is loading. However, it just keeps spinning and never loads. I have had this problem since Friday Oct 3 until this notification on Oct 6.

Clear the cache (temporary internet files) on your browser ( click the 3 lines in the top right) then close the browser and open a new one. you will be able to get online again.
