I had this same problem last weekend. After spending over 30 minutes on the phone with tech support, nothing was resolved. I called back later that day and was told that I was not the only user who was having that problem, but that it would be fixed. I am ready to move my account to another bank. I don't like it that I cannot keep tabs on my account.
