I keep getting this message. Wife can log in to her account just fine. Changed password and verified account login with customer service over the phone and it still wouldn't let me log in. CS couldn't tell me why it wasn't working (she had no idea)

Same exact problem.  CS agent had no idea what to do, neither did her supervisor.  I tried clearing cache on my browser (Chrome), checking to see if it was up to date, trying it on my cell phone, trying it on my tablet, trying it on a Mac vs. Windows PC, nothing works.  

I'm officially locked out of my Citicards account indefinitely.

You must have recently tried to access your account via ATM with multiple PIN retries and failed. Resetting PIN at the branch office will resolve this.
