Had same issue. Either try a different browser, or disable ad-blockers/javascript-blockers.
Just figured it out. It's my ad blocker. Had to disable it for "secure07b.chase.com", then re-log in and it worked.
Love how they just change stuff and don't say a word to anyone, and we're left trying to figure it out on our end. Lovely.
And now that I think about it, I do believe I allowed javascript from "secure07b" as well. That second Anonymous knows what he's talking about! ;)
