i put my info in and hit sign in. i can go make a 30 min dinner, load my washer and still nothing. i guess i have to start using the mobile app more often and not print what i need for my records. billion dollar company and have to suffer with sub standard web service. call geek squad will you already!!

have been trying to log in for an hour with no success I keep getting a screen that says they can't complete my request Chase sucks we have also been trying to close a foreclosure house with them for over 5 months now and we keep getting idiotic responses from the people handling the file. all our money has been in escrow now for over three weeks and they won't return the deed and other documents we need to close the deal. it's unreal!
