I'm shocked that a major financial institution continues to accepts so many outages of their website. Today all we can get is "SERVER IS TOO BUSY". In today world of available infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability, Chase has apparently decided to remain in the dark ages and give their customers very unrellable internet service.
