Error RXP001 keeps appearing. Still can't logon even after I enter the identification code. Im running IE11

I'm also getting the RXP001 error over and over and over, but it's occurring AFTER I copy/paste the identification code sent to allow me to reset my password. After entering the identification code, I'm given the, "The ID or Password you entered is not Correct" screen. This is occurring with IE11, and is continuing to happen even after resetting all default settings and putting Chase in the "trusted websites" zone. Utter bulls!*t- I hold Microsoft AND Chase equally responsible for this atrocity. (Microsoft for having the worst browser ever devised and Chase for failing to make their site f'ng compatible with the third most popular browser on the planet. Is it still third? I don't know.....)
