Still down - customer service says it is "maintenance" That's bull and I hate it when they lie to me Just admit you're having as serious problem

B of A had the same problem but got on top of it quickly. Chase sucks, then they lie about it, saying it is an intermittent problem. Yeah, it's intermittent every single time I try to log in, in more than a week.
