Site Down 2+ days. Customer Service has no info: "we're working on it."

Basically, if you're a Chase customer (like me) who depends on Chase Online Banking for your many business and personal financial needs, you've been pretty screwed over for the last 48 hours - with no sign of improvement. A phone call to Chase yielded only a response that "we're working on it." I'm questioning Chase's handling of this situation & frankly, wondering if they were hacked & are trying to keep it quiet at this point. No meaningful status updates to your customers during a 2+ day, ongoing service outage? Chase, my confidence in you is fading... & fast.

I just had an infuriating 15 minute call with them and the first woman didn't even know that the site was down and the second gave me the "ongoing issue and we're working on it" comment too!  Terrible customer service and communication on Chase's part.  I'm this close to walking into a branch and closing my accounts.

There's a definite sense that something major is being covered up. The alernate URL chaseonline.chase.com looks like it's working, but when you try and sign in it gets stuck and doesn't take you to your accounts (sort of wishing I hadn't tried now in case some hacker somewhere is ciphoning off the information).
