Even when working not correct

Even when I Have been able to get online today none of my pending charges show. Nothing has been posted to my account in 2days. I just returned from a trip with a huge hotel and a big car rental bill. The pending charges that are automatically put on your card, showed all week and have now disappeared, but not posted. I wish I only owed what Chase says I do. Spoke to a rep that told me that she had been off all week so didn't know there was a problem.
