Chase.com not working

This website has not been working properly since Wed. 9/19.  I called customer service Friday and they told me to switch browsers.  Called again on Saturday and they told me they were doing upgrades to provide a better online experience and they couldn't give me a time frame of when the site would be running properly.  I am so frustrated right now that I am thinking of switching banks
