What is the problem? Is it a cyber attack?

After receiving the website is temporarily unavailable message.......this was the next message: The User ID or Password you entered is not correct. I reentered. The message is wrong.

With the message that my User ID or Password I have entered is not correct....I am not about to change my password. I know my ID.....I know my password. It's not on my end.
