Chase page doesn't load at all

Been trying for half an hour to log on. No response, nothing at all. Maybe this explains why Chase took 5 days to pay my electric bill last week. I was on the phone with Chase and Reliant Energy constantly. Nobody at Chase ever mentioned they were having website problems.
Got my info typed in and nothing is happening, won't log in. Hope this is not permanent.
