BBT keeps asking me to select secuirty questions for my online account. I enter the questions, enter the answers, and it ALWAYS says "system error
Unable to process request. Please try again. For immediate assistance, you may contact BB&T Phone24 at 800-BANK-BBT (800-226-5228)"

Same thing happened to me. It's been like this for a while now, at least a month or so. No idea what could be causing it
