Mobile App says Zero Balance

Used card a few hours ago and everything was fine. Balance showed that all was well. Moments ago...card declined and mobile app says there is no balance. WTF?!??!?!

I had the same thing happen less than an hour ago. I'm now at home and at first couldn't get on the website but now I can and I show a balance again. I feel a little better knowing that it's not just me! Must be a bank issue I guess.

Just had the same issue. Card worked relier today and just got declined. Checked balance on line and showed zero but could see history nothing fishy in history. Got home and could access account. Balance was ok but could not see pending transactions. Looking for more info on the net.

The same thing just happened to me I got declined 3 times. I have sufficient funds, what's up with bbt?

Just checked my balance using the mobile app after seeing a notification on Facebook. My history is fine but both accounts are showing a zero balance!

Same situation. Used card to buy gas. 15 minutes later, tried to buy coffee and was declined. Checked balances on both my iPhone app and logging into the mobile site in Chrome on my iPhone. The balances showed 0 in all accounts but nothing weird in the transaction history. I just got home and checked and the balances are fine.

Same thing happened to me, used card earlier in the day then this evening it was denied. My balance is showing zero for checking and savings.
