My card was declined tonight with more than enough money on it. I cannot get ahold of anyone for help calling or online. Error messages

Ditto! Standing at the check-out, card not approved despite funds. Looked at mobile banking app & every account showing zero! Calls to customer service "experiencing higher than normal call volumes." Other 800# rang before disconnecting!
