Card declined, online down, no people to talk to, scared about theft

An hour ago I was thoroughly embarrassed when my card was declined while taking people out to dinner. The waiter a 19 year old chuckling boy brought my card back with the news. I looked in my mobile app and it showed all three of my accounts having 0.00 balance. I thought it was identity theft and immediately tried by and t fraud where I found noone to talk to during 3 hours of trying. Very sad that we can panic and they deal with it later

I went to the use the BB&T branch ATM to take out money on Wednesday 2/27/12 & the thing was not working again. This happens about once a month going back to last year. The last 4x I've been there it's the same thing, it malfunctions. I did call the number on the ATM the last 2x to complain. I go to the bank next door & pay the $3 surcharge. On this week they got me twice. Once at the ATM, & then again at the supermarket on Saturday 3/2/12. Declined. I pay with cash & go home to check the BB&T website. More than enough cash in both accounts,. WTF? I try a transfer from one account to the other & it fails 3x. Something is wrong on BB&T's end. It appears it may be time to shop for another bank. The amount of screw ups since they've taken over from Bank Atlantic has been unbelievable.
