I'm in the army, and got stationed in south korea, the whole time i've been here i have not been able to get on the website. This is bad because I need to know if i even have money in my account!

I can't either. It has been saying "problem loading" for the longest time!!! I need access ASAP!
I've been here for five years and the only time BB&T online access wasn't available was when the site underwent weekly maintenance every Sunday for 4 hours after midnight. As of Feb. 1, I have not been able to access it, too.
