BBT website is SNAIL PACE slow. I can't get anything done with online banking. I can't even view general info from the home page. This problem seems to occur a lot in the last few months. What's going on? If BBT can't communicate with its customers, then perhaps I should move my accounts to another bank. THis is getting old.

I called BB&T yesterday, 1-22-13. She said my IP was a problem and recommended I use Firefox. Tried Firefox and it worked great yesterday. Today, it is just like explorer and chrome. Not working. This is not good. By the way, my tablet, which is using the same ip as my desktop and laptop, works fine. BB&T has some issues that is going to lead me to another bank if they don't soon fix it.

THe problem is the inconsistency. sometimes it works with IE and sometimes not. SOmetimes it works with Firefox and sometimes not. Sometimes it works on my PC< my tablet, my mobile phone -- and others times not. It's been like this for about 6 months now off and on. I think BBT seriously needs to fire the whole lot of folks handling their website and hire someone who knows what they are doing. It should NOT be this bad for such a long time. I'm shopping for a new bank now.
