Unable to make an urgent transfer

Urgently need to do a transfer outside BofA. Keep getting 'unable to process at this time', but only after I've gone to the trouble of entering everything required on the screen. Can't set up a new recipient account, can't set up SafePass. Is there any update on when this will be fixed? I need to get a deposit to a firm in order for them to start work on a project.

I am in the same boat with you. call 1.888.852.5000 local time 7 am to 9 pm. Suppose to work.. not sure. Dont call their wire department or online banking service, those people wont help and they would tell you that you have no right to know when BoA will be UP again or how BoA handles your funds. I made a few wire transfer .. none of them reached the other side bank. Everybody thought BoA is a Joke and I am a Joke!

Continuous on-line banking unreliability is unacceptable. Attempted to make urgent transfers multiple times today. It's the last time my money will be held hostage.

Well now I know how did they keep their " largest bank in the nation by deposit" reputation.. I hope this is just another " innocent" online banking tech issue...

nope, probably the chinease or the hacker group. it's called Denial of Service attack. BOA can't help it. It's what happens to large corporations. They can just work through it by denying the IP's that are launching the attack. Most of the time it's overseas in lawless countries.

Apparently banks in lawless countries are working decently.. They are hackerpoof... I guess. Well living in a "not lawless" country.. I have been told that I have no right to know how boa handles my funds.. I guess BoA deprived me of my constitutional right . Cheers:)
