How am I suppose to pay bills when your website is down. Very frustrating!!!

Haven't been able to get on sight for days now. Had to go to the bank and it worked perfectly on their computer. Something weird is going on. I've tried different search engines and they are super slow to load and then don't let me do anything but see my account. HELP
