Sign-off successful, thank you.

This is the message I get after every time I try to log into my BoA account..."Sign-off successful, thank you." However the problem is that I am not logging out, I cannot even login to see my accounts. It is very annoying! Customer Service cannot help and it is not a browser or PC issue. Damn BoA get your $h1t together! I have been told it will take tech support 5 business days to get back to me, well on that day they do get back and I can access my account goodbye BoA!

Me too..10:30 am. Can't get through on the phones either! FIA credit card site is not working either! Make an announcement BOFA.

Its been this way for at least two days. Tech support is unhelpful. I can't access my account online. They suck.

Yeah I have the same problem but after I enter my passcode it gives me the error "Unable to process your request". I haven't had too many issues with BoA but at least some notification is convienient.

I have had the same problem since yesterday! I cannot login from my laptop or iPhone. I spoke with a supervisor and she told me that I need to call AT&T and my Internet Service Provider!?! That does not even sound logical.
