Won't allow me to login; after inputting password and clicking the "sign in" button, it immediately takes me back to original log in screen and says "signoff was successful".

Geez, BOA, you know it isn't working - bounce folks to a page saying so instead of wasting hundreds of man-hours with everyone trying to figure out what we must be doing wrong
