can't transfer money

can't use transfer function.  drop down menu of my regular transfer recipients has disappeared and I am prompted to set up new ones, but this doesn't work either.

okay I figured this out with the help of a customer service rep on the phone.  the transfer procedure has changed.  instead of seeing a drop down window of recipients, you have to click on the window and this will bring up your list of recipients.
