arrow wil point down when you click on it but nothing shows up. Started having problems when website changed design/was updated

i'm using ff 26.0 and cannot view bofa checks on line. did the chash and cookies thing nothing seem to work.
Same thing is happening to me on firefox. Function works on Google Chrome. I haven't tried Internet Explorer yet. I use firefox exclusively. I am very sad.
Did everything suggested by FF, HP, and info from Google. Cache, cookies, clean registers etc. Nothing helped, still cannot view my checks on my BofA account online, IE and Chrome work just fine, which suggests it's a FF glitch.
