I am writing because I cannot access my online banking account. I left the staes about a year ago and didnt cancel my bank of america account. I just got a payment for some work and they sent this money to my bank of america account that apparently went below 0$ balance... But I do not have access to my account and don't understand how to get in contact with you guys to shut down my account and transfer the balance to my Canada Trust TD Account...
