BofA Online Banking refusing to recognize my regular computer (& cookies were still intact)

Suddenly, with no changes on my end to my system, some weird looking screen (see my screen shot) with different letter fonts started coming up at login attempts beginning 2/9 (Thursday).  Two calls to Customer Service tech support included resetting online IDs and PWs, plus I cleared all my cookies and tweaked my IE8 settings per their suggestions, all to no avail.   Their system hangs at entering PW after answering my challenge question and then entering their emailed authorization number now required as a new enhanced security feature (in addition to the Site Key) when logging in from unrecognized computers (I'm just guessing here) ..... So it could be ongoing site maintenance or maybe BofA sufferred a recent hack attack that they will not admit to (probabaly for understandable reasons).  I will wait and try again in 48 hrs on Monday. If still down on Monday, the CS reps suggested calling their Advance Tech and Fraud Resolution lines during weekday business hours. Call 866-540-0764 first and if no help there, then escalate by calling BofA Fraud Resolution at 866-630-2783.  Personally, I think some website maintenance upgrade patches went haywire and they are scrambling to put the toothpaste back in the tube .... although a hack attack is still a possibility, give all the bad press the banks are getting these days.
