What the hell is up, can not get the bank of america edd site? why not!
I'm having the same problem. I think that it's being done on purpose. It always goes back to "diagnose connection problems."
I transfered funds last thursday from my BofA EDD account and as of today it hasn't been deposited into my checking account and I can't get onto their site to see what is going on.
Thank you Chris. I will download Firefox and use it to access the EDD site from now on. I just didn't understand why I could so easily access the regular BofA website using the usual channels but unable to access, and thereby control, my funds on the BofA Debit Card site.
The reason is because BofA does not give a hoot about it's EDD accounts. It's also the same reason you cannot access the account balance on your EDD card on a BofA ATM. I don't understnad why BofA took on the assignment of servicing these accounts if they intended on treating them as thought they are of no importance. Thanks for showing your true colors BofA. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the Government. This is clearly a case of discrimination against those in a less fortunate situation.
CORRECTION!!! Just tried another BofA ATM and it did allow me to check the balance on my EDD card.

Get it together Bank of America! I don't know why people that have a choice of banks would ever pick BofA. My Home Loan that was turned over to BofA, was 4 days late a few months ago....only the 2nd time in my whole life, and they sent Me into COLLECTIONS!!!! and I can't do a thing about it. Their Customer Service on the phone is the WORST! and Now This! What's Next??
