Bill Pay still not accessable

This the the third day I haven't been able to access bill pay ... no messages or elerts from B of A...??

I was on the site and paid two bills.  When i made the payments, it said they were scheduled successfully but when i went back in the menu, there was a ? mark on the paid bills option.  I could not do anything on the mobile app after that.  I logged out and back it and had the same issue.  I would like to find out if the payments are working.
