I cannot access Bill pay since 3/1/2023 - What is going on?

Can access BofA online banking but Bill Pay not working. Site responds that maintenance being performed. It's just the Bill Pay. I can access other processes such as Transfer/Zelle with success. Trying to pay bills for two days now, and can't. What's going on?
