I have been trying for 5 days to contact BofA by internet and phone to no avail., They have our money and plan on keeping it until they make their interest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying for over a week to contact BofA on internet and the site will NOT open. How am I suppose to transfer my money to my checking account to be able to pay my bills. This can not continue. Will BofA pay any of my late charges that occur because I am not able to access my account?

what's up with this ???? why does BofA get our money but we can't ????????? things are bay enough the banks are making so much these days I wish I could get 0% money hell I can't even get the money from the EDD I knew this was a bad idea ,never had these issues with the mail...

I have been trying to open BofA site with NO AVAIL.This has been going on for over a month.I spoke to a customer service rep and she said she would let BofA techs for the site know of the problem.......GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US

Have been trying to log in to BofA page for over a month. It does not even open the home page! Spoke to a BofA representative and they told me their IT person would look into it! Still no fixed! What a hassle. Prefer the old way of receiving our money through the mail!!

Does B of A read this? I hate B of A. I am stuck at home with a broken leg. How are we supposed to use this money to support ourselves if we cannot get to it. I'm making B of A pay NSF and late charges. This is ridiculous.
