B of A Online Site Not Working

I have made several attempts to get online. My quest started at around 6:30 AM. It is now 12:20 PM (in CA) and I can still not access my accounts. I made an attempt to call customer service however, I was told by the automated system that the bank could not take my call now. This is not good service.

The BOA site is really unreliable. You would think with all the extra money this bank has from their outrageous fee's they could buy better infrastructure and have better IT support. Then again, how can you do that when you spend all of your customers money on hookers and blow?
