I am currently speaking to an online support tech from AT&T and will post any resolution to this issue if I can
That would be great. I tried calling and received a message saying they are overwhelmed an wait time could be longer...
Suddenly it let me in, and says "I am a bit early" and there is a timer for a countdown. My only suggestion is to keep trying. AT&T guy says they are overloaded and we can also order from apple.com. thats their suggestion.
