Yahoo login won't accept password. iphone can't download. Microsoft outlook can't connect to server. Password is correct

This happened for a number of hours on 4/8. cleared up early on 4/9, but came back. Still an issue as of 11:00 PM CDT. AT&T Yahoo portal page does not accept login.
cannot connect to email. web network seems fine.... just will not sent-recieve from outlook. Keeps asking for my network password?
