STILL No Professional Email (AT&T YAHOO hosted website) - 11 HOURS and Counting

My professional email (AT&T yahoo hosted website) email is still non-functional. Looks like the sbcglobal address has come back to life, but my professional email address through AT&T Yahoo webhosting is still dead. No way for me to know what client communications have been missed. This is not acceptable ... I'm losing money every hour this goes on. Where do I go for reimbursement?
