Server failure

I dont know what the problem is but i have problems all the time downtown springfield mo with no network server. It happens every day, different times of the day. Today i have only had service about 45 minute the whole day, i have to drive about three blocks away from work just to get service. I work about 3 blocks from the ATT building as it is. It is bad cause i have kids and sick elderly mother who cannot get in touvh with me. Also i have not been able to deposit check in my bank cause the service is down. Very upset. Customer for several years.
