Password not working

Tried several attempts to log in att.net ...said password was invalid...try to change and kept getting caught in a loop between yahoo and att.com.  Now it says I've tried to many times to log in and they have locked my account.

Same issue.  I can't check work email and it sends me in a loop to fix the problem.  At one point it said I was under 13 and needed my parent to reset the account.  A few weeks ago I was hacked and bogus emails sent out, but now I can't get on.  What's the fix??

I cannot access my email account......"cannot connect to the server".  I deleted the account and started over again...still having same problem
