Outlook reporting Error with password etc.

The inbound.att.net is failing. Recieving reported error (0x800cc92) Your e-mail server rejected your login. Internal server error (IS6532). This has been happening on and off for some time. I have critical mail coming in on this account and I expect this to work since I pay for ATT services.

This has been happening on and off for the last several months. Tonight it is not working at all. I am considering doing away with this email account and asking for a refund!
