Also receiving only local channels but do appear to have internet and phone. When try to use troubleshoot tool either I get a message they were unable to provide or to call the 800 number which has an automatic response about several calls coming thru and cannot take my call; advised to call back later.
Im in Raleigh, NC and i seem to have the same problem . Phone and Internet is working and only receiving local channels and cant get through to anybody on phone, Troubleshoot on tv not working and Troubleshoot on internet also not working
