i have talked to 11 people total so far to help fix problems with my sbcglobal.net account. I have been routed to Frontier and back to AT&T and over to U-verse and no one seems to be able to help me figure out how to fix my email account. I was hacked on august 24 and since then I cannot get any incoming emails. can you help me? I'm at the end of my rope.

I have had online chat and been routed to and spoken with 11 different people without any resolution or idea of what to do or how to access or fix my email so I am getting incoming messages. AT&T sold to Frontier and they can't help either in CT.
As of 1347 hours on East Coast,no bellsouth e-mail available.Problem has been all week long.
